How Do I Tour a Home?
First, almost all of our listings have a 3D Matterport Tour. This isn't a 3D image, it's a full immersive walkthrough with perspective, as well as tools to measure walls, sqft, floorplans and more. You can use your Oculus or Apple Vision Pro headset.
We offer two simple ways to physically tour our homes, depending on availability and the owner’s requirements. Most of our listings use secure self-showing technology, while a small number require accompanied appointments with our team.
1. Self-Showings (Most Homes)
We partner with ShowMojo, a national leader in secure self-tours, to give you fast, flexible access without waiting on an agent.
Here’s how it works:
-
Select a time on our scheduling page
→ Schedule a Tour Now -
Complete ShowMojo’s quick identity verification
(ID check prevents fraud and keeps homes safe) -
Receive a unique, time-limited access code
-
Tour the home at your convenience
Self-showings are available 7 days a week on many homes and stop automatically after your scheduled window for security.
2. Accompanied Tours (Some Homes)
A small percentage of our listings cannot support self-showing. This usually happens because:
-
The home is currently occupied
-
The owner has requested in-person appointments only
-
Access or HOA rules restrict self-tour technology
For these homes, you’ll see only agent-accompanied time slots when scheduling. Our team will meet you at the home promptly at the selected time.
You will know this is the case because you will not be able schedule an appt less than 24 hours in advance.
3. Under Repair and Being Turned Over
If showings are blocked off for now, that means the home is in process of some sort. Usually being turned over to get back in shape after a move out. We will usually post coming soon notes to these listings that give some idea of how long before the home is showable.
Which Type Does My Home Use?
It’s automatic. When you open the scheduling link on any listing, it will show:
-
Self-Tour Options → if the home supports ShowMojo access
-
Agent-Accompanied Times → if required by the owner or situation
