# Contractor and Vendor Central
## Here you will find a general overview of working with MoveZen and information / links to the primary resources that we use.
We utilize Showmojo lockboxes on our properties. We can generate one time use codes, multi day codes, or for our established vendors give you SMS anytime access to codes when needed.
We utilize the industry-leading Appfolio work order and portal system to truly streamline all aspects of service request handling from one extremely easy to use mobile interface. From managing work orders, contacting and scheduling residents, managing estimates and approvals, and finally submitting invoices.
When you can conveniently tie your work order to estimate to invoice, completing work fast and efficiently has never been easier.
