What Should I Expect if You Have to Expand the Scope to a Full Inspection?

If we need to expand a visit into a full inspection, we’ll check every room in the home, including bedrooms and bathrooms — and in rare cases, closets or cabinets.

These deeper inspections are uncommon and only happen when visible issues require a closer look, such as water damage, pest activity, paint or carpet concerns, or window problems.

We make every effort to minimize intrusion, especially in private spaces like closets, and only open them if necessary to confirm the source or extent of a problem.

You can help avoid surprises by reporting potential issues early. When we understand what’s going on ahead of time, we can usually keep the visit short, focused, and far less invasive.
