What If I Need to Reschedule My Home Visit or Vendor Appointment?

No problem — we understand that life happens. Our operations team will first try to schedule your appointment through text or email, and in 95% of cases, this process goes smoothly

and wraps up within a few weeks. If scheduling becomes difficult, your account manager will step in to coordinate directly.

That said, inspections are mandatory and must be completed to keep your lease in good standing. We’re required to report to homeowners about property condition and estimated re-rental costs, whether you’re moving out or renewing.

If we haven’t completed your inspection within 30 days of the first attempt, you’ll receive a notice to vacate at the end of your current lease term (usually about 90 days out). Renewals after that point come with additional fees and are not guaranteed.

We’ve built a process that’s quick, respectful, and minimally disruptive, so let’s keep it simple and easy. Think of it like routine maintenance — nobody loves it, but it keeps everything running smoothly for everyone involved.
