My Property Is Owned by Myself and Others. Will All Owners Have Access to the Owner Portal?

Yes — each owner can have their own separate login to the Appfolio Owner Portal.

Audience: Co-owners who want to understand how portal access works when a property has multiple owners.


Each email address associated with an owner account has its own login and full access to the Owner Portal. Co-owners cannot see or change each other's personal information — each login is separate and secure.

FAQs

Can every owner log in separately? Yes. Each owner uses their own email address and has their own login.

Will all owners see the same property information? Yes. All owners with portal access can view statements, documents, and property activity.

Can one owner see or change another owner's personal info? No. Personal details and settings are visible only to the individual logged in.

Can owners update banking information? Yes. Any owner with portal access can update their own banking details.

Is portal access automatic for all co-owners? No. Each owner must be added and set up individually. If you need to add a co-owner, contact MoveZen.

Can someone who isn't an owner have access? Only if explicitly authorized — for example, an accountant or another party acting on your behalf. Written authorization required.
