Monthly Distribution Schedule: July 2026

Your distribution timing depends on when your tenant pays and when those funds clear our trust account. If your tenant pays on or before the 5th, your distribution will be included in the first cycle. Late payments will be included in a subsequent distribution based on the payment date and method.

Distributions are sent via ACH direct deposit on the dates listed above, and you'll receive an email confirmation when payment is initiated. Deposits typically arrive the next business day, though timing depends on your financial institution. If you've recently updated your banking details with MoveZen, please allow up to 5 business days for funds to deposit.

Through the portal, you can:

• View real-time financial statements and reports (including monthly owner packets shared on the last business day of the month)
• Access tax documents
• Approve maintenance estimate requests and view work order status
• Download copies of leases and other important documents
• Update your banking and contact information
• Make owner contributions

Summer Property Maintenance: Key Updates & Preparations

It's a good time to get ahead on the maintenance tasks that keep homes in top shape through the hottest stretch of the year. Here are a few key items to keep in mind:

• HVAC Maintenance: Regular servicing keeps HVAC systems running efficiently when temperatures peak. If tenants report issues, we'll notify owners promptly, and we offer portable HVAC unit rentals for temporary relief while permanent repairs are underway. Let us know if you'd like us to schedule routine HVAC servicing at your property.
• Lawn Care: Ongoing mowing, watering, and weed control keep yards looking their best through the growing season. For properties that are or will be vacant, we'll want to maintain strong curb appeal for showings and new tenant move-ins.
• Gutter Cleaning and Pest Control: Summer storms can clog gutters, and warmer weather brings increased pest activity. Let us know if you'd like us to coordinate seasonal gutter cleaning or pest control at your property.

Hurricane Preparedness: Protecting Your Rental Property

Hurricane season is here, and at MoveZen, we're fully prepared to respond quickly and effectively if a storm impacts your rental property. From coordinating with tenants to securing vendors and sending post-storm updates, we have clear plans in place to help protect your investment and keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

In the event of a major weather event, our team will issue tenant notices, share safety instructions, and help residents prepare their homes. After the storm passes, we'll follow up to assess any reported damage and dispatch vendors for emergency repairs as needed, keeping you in the loop every step of the way. We've built strong relationships with trusted contractors to ensure fast response times during high-demand periods.

Now is also a great time to take care of any preventive maintenance, such as tree trimming or gutter cleaning, that could help reduce the risk of damage during a major storm.

Reminder to double-check your property insurance. Be sure your policy is active and includes coverage for both wind and flood damage. If your property is in a higher-risk area, additional flood insurance may be required. Having updated documentation and emergency contact details readily available also helps ensure a smoother claims process if needed.
