Monthly Distribution Schedule: October 2026

*Please note that banks are closed Monday, October 12. MoveZen will still initiate payments that day as scheduled, but deposits may take one extra business day to arrive due to the bank holiday.

Your distribution timing depends on when your resident pays and when those funds clear our trust account. If your resident pays on-time (on or before the 5th), your distribution will be included in the first cycle. Late payments will be included in a subsequent distribution based on the payment date and method.

Distributions are sent via ACH direct deposit on the dates listed above, and you'll receive an email confirmation when payment is initiated. Deposits typically arrive the next business day, though timing depends on your financial institution. If you've recently added or updated your banking details with MoveZen, please allow up to 5 business days for funds to deposit.

Your Statements Now Follow an Industry-Standard Chart of Accounts

If you look closely at a recent statement or cash flow report, the expense and income categories look different. MoveZen converted its chart of accounts to the NARPM Trust Chart of Accounts, the trust accounting standard recently released by the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

The standard makes your numbers comparable to properties managed by other NARPM member companies that adopt it, which matters when you're judging property performance. Benchmarking beats guessing.

We recoded all of 2026 rather than only applying the new structure going forward, so your year-to-date and annual cash flow reports stay consistent from January through December. Your balances, your distributions, and the actual dollars are unchanged. What changed is the labeling and the grouping.

Fall Property Maintenance: Key Updates & Preparations

As the leaves begin to change and temperatures start to cool, it's time to prepare your property for upcoming season change. At MoveZen Property Management, we're here to help you with essential fall maintenance tasks to keep your property in top condition. Here are some of our suggestions:

• Gutter Cleaning: With falling leaves, gutter cleaning becomes crucial. We recommend scheduling a thorough cleaning in late fall to prevent clogs and potential water damage.
• Heating System Check: As we transition from cooling to heating, it's vital to ensure your heating system is ready. It may be a good time to get your annual HVAC service completed if you have not already.
• Chimney Cleaning: For properties with working & active fireplaces, we recommend professional chimney cleaning and inspection before the cold season.

Vacant Properties: For properties that will be vacant during the fall and winter, it's crucial to maintain active utilities to prevent issues like frozen pipes.
