I Can't Get Into My Resident, Vendor or Owner Portal (Appfolio)

The first step is to clear your browser cookies or cache. You can Google or use ChatGPT for steps on how to do that relatively easily, as it depends on your web browser.

You could also try a less commonly used browser, or possibly private/incognito mode if you’re familiar with that.
 
If you're still having trouble after those two steps, we’ll simply need to delete your login and start from scratch which almost always works and is fast and simple.
 
This could be a two step process depending on whether the problem is with your 2 factor authentication method (usually the phone receiving text codes), or your password.
 
You can reset your password relatively easily here.
 
 
A 2 factor authentication reset is a bit tougher and requires someone on our end to approve.  Please submit a help ticket using the email we have on a file.  If we don't have the email you need to use on file please submit a ticket and request a call with your availability. Once we've approved the reset you will use a new phone to setup 2fa which is required.  Your password can be changed, but is separate from your 2fa method.
