How to Update Your Signature in your MoveZen Tenant Portal

Accidentally input the wrong signature in your tenant portal? Don’t worry—updating it is simple. By following a few straightforward steps, you can correct your signature to ensure all digital forms, agreements, and communications reflect the accurate information. Keeping your signature up to date helps prevent delays and ensures your documents are signed correctly!

 

How to Update Your Signature in the Tenant Portal

  1. Login to your tenant portal here.

  2. Go to the Account Profile tab.

  3. Click “Edit Electronic Signature” in the Signature block on the right-hand side of the page.

  4. Enter your legal full name and initials, then click Save.

Your updated signature will now be applied to all future documents and forms in the portal.
