This isolates the exact period you want to review.

5. View Attached Invoices (When Added)

If a repair is completed early in the month, invoices may post before your statement is produced.

You can click:

“View Attachment”

to open PDFs or images of vendor invoices.

Transparency is a major part of MoveZen’s accounting process.

6. Check the “Reports” Section for Up-to-Date Summaries

Available report types may include:

  • Cash flow summaries

  • Owner ledger report

  • Income/expense activity

  • Contribution history

These provide another way to monitor activity before the monthly statement is issued.

7. Review Work Orders for Pending or Upcoming Charges

To better understand upcoming expenses, open:

Maintenance → Work Orders

You’ll see:

  • Open repairs

  • Status (assigned, scheduled, completed)

  • Notes from vendors

  • Estimated or final invoices

This helps anticipate charges before they hit your statement.

What Information Will Not Appear Until Statements Are Finalized?

A few items become visible only after trust account reconciliation, including:

❌ Final owner disbursement

❌ Final monthly beginning/ending balance

❌ Adjustments made during reconciliation

This ensures all numbers follow North Carolina trust accounting laws.
