Exactly How Do I Pay a Hold Fee to Ensure a Rental is Mine?

The hold fee is most important, but we also need a signed lease by all parties before you know for sure the home is yours.

Both situations require you to use your portal that we setup and invite you to as soon as your application is accepted.  We email and sometimes text or call with this information.  Or if the technology is a major problem for you (unfortunately delays due to tech can turn into someone else getting in first), we can schedule an appointment to collect lease signature and certified payment in person.  We never accept cash.  Check or money order only.

However, we can provide you with a "payslip" accepted at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and others where you can pay your rent in cash or any method and it's actually ideal for last minute payments before move in.
