Do You Manage Corporate Long-Term Rentals?
If you’re hoping for consistent, high-paying company leases, that model is much rarer than it once was. However, we routinely rent to professionals with strong corporate backgrounds, great credit, and reliable incomes — the same caliber of resident you’d hope for in a corporate placement.
We do occasionally house corporate residents, but we are not a corporate housing agency and don’t maintain an extensive network of corporate relocation contacts.
There are specialized firms that focus exclusively on that niche. While those companies often have strong corporate connections, they also tend to operate under rigid terms and narrow requirements that don’t fit most owners or markets.
The Reality of Corporate Housing Today
The “good old days” of corporations directly renting homes under the company name and paying top-dollar rates for extended stays have largely passed — at least in the markets we serve.
Today, most corporate housing assistance is structured as a stipend or grant given directly to the relocating employee, who then secures their own housing.
We work with many of these individuals — professionals on relocation, traveling medical staff, executives between homes, and others who fit the “corporate resident” profile — but their leases are typically personal, not corporate.
The Bottom Line
If you’re hoping for consistent, high-paying company leases, that model is much rarer than it once was. However, we routinely rent to professionals with strong corporate backgrounds, great credit, and reliable incomes — the same caliber of resident you’d hope for in a corporate placement.
