Cost
Cost is based on a flat $20 charge for all benefits except for filters and will apply in cases without filter delivery. Additional cost is directly related to number of filters in the home so large and luxury homes will be higher. Newer construction tends to use more filters but the added filter cost is likely offset by more efficient HVAC air flow. Here are some general rules of thumb.
- 1 Single floor house built before 2020 usually only has 1 filter and the cost would be $36 a month.
- Newer houses might have two on some floors. So a 3 story older house usually has 3 (total cost $56 monthly), but the same home built in 2021 likely has 4 ($68) or 5 ($80).
- 3 level townhomes usually have at least 3, with newer construction probably having 4-5.
- In most cases, the age of the property is the greatest determinant of cost, but almost all homes have one filter per floor.

It also helps immensely with securing highly desired hot rental properties as well. 1 Free Annual Exterior Pest Spray or Simple Service Request:
Once a year, you get a free exterior pest spray (or another simple service request). We
can't guarantee every outcome, but with 20 years of proven methods, we can usually
tell by email or phone if we can tackle the issue effectively. It's also a useful way to
check on potential problems without incurring unavoidable trip charges from outside
contractors.

Free Annual Delivery of 2 Commercial Space Heaters if Heat is Out
It’s rare that the heat would be completely out for more than a day without your
approval, but sometimes our space heaters would be sufficient to avoid having to find
temporary housing and file a renters' insurance claim. Other common situations would
be limited heat when one of several units fail. Delivery within 24 business hours
(usually less) of request for up to 5 days.
