All you do is walk in with a barcode that we provide to you by text or email, they scan it, you pay, and your rent is instantly funded and will show up on our end that way. It's the best way to avoid late fees.
More importantly, it's a lot cheaper than buying multiple money orders and it is considered a form of certified funds making it a great option to pay move in funds or your monthly rent.
Finally, it's low risk. With Wal-Mart and CVS you know it's legitimate and safe. Just keep your receipt as a backup. It's much safer than a money order which can easily be lost and has little documentation.
Please review the pay slip for maximum payment limits. Walmart allows up to $2,999 per day, but other locations have lower limits. Most locations require cash, but we’ve heard Walmart may allow card payments. All participating stores will listed on your unique payslip.
