2. Complete ID verification

Before receiving a code, you must verify:

3. Receive your access code

Once verified, you’ll receive:

A numeric code
Instructions on where the lockbox is located
The exact time window the code will work
Any property-specific notes (gate instructions, parking, etc.)

Codes usually activate a few minutes before your appointment.

4. Unlock the box

Most boxes follow the same pattern:

Enter the code
Press the release button or pull down the lever
Take the key from inside
Lock the box back before entering
Use the key to open the home
