Submit non-emergency (call for emergencies) maintenance (details on maitenance submission), view leases, renewal offers, update insurance, as well as manage financial reports and payments. Login or setup your portal here.
Vendors and Contractors
Vendors with these Appfolio Maintenance tools you can view work orders, accept or decline them, schedule, upload estimates and photos, view contact information and upload insurance verifications using a simple to use (even in the field), but powerful mobile site.
