# Emailing MoveZen, Size Restrictions, Ad Blockers and Other Issues
## This article covers potential issues that arise when trying to email with MoveZen, often centering on our company's IT policy.
The most common cause of underlivered email is due to being too large. Our servers send an email response that shows the item was undelivered and why.
Our email servers can only accept an email **28MB** or smaller. That is typically the size of an email containing a few modern photographs.
We use alternative methods for sharing large files that are much more reliable.
Best Option: Load your photos or files into any number of free and simple "cloud storage" services. Popular options are Icloud, Drive, Onedrive, Dropbox, Box etc. Most larger email services ie gmail and outlook include this storage for free with the email.
Copy a share link and email that to us instead of the actual photos. We will open and view the photos using the link and the only limit on size is the storage they provided you (usually a lot). Youcan copy the link and send that or share it directly with us just like you would an article link on your phone.
Here's an example.
Basic spam filters are another major reason and they are not likely to send a notice. We do have a few custom rules that do but most often when that occurs it's our provider. We try to keep our junk mail clean, but we receive an incredible amount and it is an imperfect option unfortunately.
