Does Your Company Handle Homeowners Association (HOA) Issues that Arise During the Tenancy?
Yes — within reason, we do. In most cases, we handle HOA communication and compliance on your behalf as part of our standard management service.
That said, over our long history, we’ve encountered a few HOAs that were so difficult or unreasonable that we’ve had to stop direct interaction entirely. While this is rare, it’s important to understand that HOA coordination is an optional service we provide in about 98% of cases.
In the rare event we do need to step back, we’ll always communicate clearly and help you transition that correspondence smoothly.
